How can I find an item's item#?
If you are viewing an item in a catalog page, position your mouse on the item and a pop-up showing
the item's number will show up in a few seconds.
If you are on an item's product page, look below the item's picture to find the section labeled
Product Details. The item number is the first piece of information in that section.
How can I use an item# to find the item?
To find an item using its item#, you may use the search box below.
You must use the entire number, including any leading zeros.
What if I want custom made jewelry?
If you are in the Southern California area, you may make an appointment with us to have the jewelry you desire custom made. We are fully capable of exceeding your expectations! Contact information can be found here.
How long will it take to receive my items?
Due to the nature of our line of jewelry, different items take different amounts of time to prepare.
Any type of special adjustments, like resizing a ring, may add some time to preparation.

(The following notes are for items that are immediately available upon order)
- Items ordered during the weekend are shipped no sooner than the next business day after the weekend.
- Except for FedEx Saturday Delivery, packages shipped are only delivered by the carrier on weekdays, excluding holidays.
- FedEx Express Saver is not available for Alaska or Hawaii. FedEx Ground or 2day will be used instead.
- We may upgrade the shipping service for higher amount purchases as we see fit.
- Items ordered on a Friday with FedEx Priority Overnight will be shipped on the next business day after the weekend.
- Items ordered on a Thursday or Friday with FedEx 2nd Day will be shipped on the next business day after the weekend.
- The above two policies exist in order to avoid having packages stay overnight in the carrier's storage facilities.
